Flowers - Bloomex Australia

I ordered a beautiful bunch of roses and lilies (DC-02A) from the designer collection on the website. Supposed to be a mixture of roses and lilies (18 stems) worth $120. Flowers delivered were nothing like what I ordered. No roses no lilies no 18 stems. There were a few gerberas, dasies and non descript flowers that wilted the next day. I was very embarrassed and humiliated as they were for an 80th birthday. Refused to give me a fund. I was totally ripped off.
