  • Dreadful service



    I am in the UK and ordered a cream and pale yellow sympathy bouquet with full size card to be sent to Australia. I was appalled that a smaller, much cheaper looking bunch of bright yellow flowers was sent, that in no way resembled the flowers I had ordered . Bright yellow is not an appropriate colour for sympathy flowers. The full size sympathy card I had paid them for was missing. Bloomex told me that the correct order would be resent if I sent them a photo. I did so, but they ignored it.   • Flowers



    I ordered a beautiful bunch of roses and lilies (DC-02A) from the designer collection on the website. Supposed to be a mixture of roses and lilies (18 stems) worth $120. Flowers delivered were nothing like what I ordered. No roses no lilies no 18 stems. There were a few gerberas, dasies and non descript flowers that wilted the next day. I was very embarrassed and humiliated as they were for an 80th birthday. Refused to give me a fund. I was totally ripped off. More...

  • Bloomex terrible arrangement



    I ordered the pinky purple arrangement for my mother's birthday it consisted of delphiniums, carnations and daisys . What my mother received was not what was in the picture on the internet . Instead of pink carnations she received 2 crimsom carnations even though there were a lot more carnations in the picture, Iris's , a few roses and heaps of greenery to pad the bouquet . The bouquet of flowers my mother received were not what I originally ordered. A huge disappointment and a rip off. I would not buy flowers through this company again. More...

  • Beautiful birthday flowers



    I was very impressed with the great service and efficiency in delivery of the flowers. I did forgot to mention regarding the delivery instructions, as soon as I wrote an email specifying that I needed the flowers to be delivered on a certain time.
